Bubbles!

Hi everybody,
During QA we've realised that 2 of the miniatures have repeat bubbles. So, we need to get these 2 guys re-mastered and re-cast, and we expect this to cause 2-3 weeks of delay.
Sorry about that! sometimes the bubbles have a hair thin cover, so we were not spotting that earlier / thought these were just a few miscast minis.
I will make an update when the 2 fixed sub-masters are with the production caster.

Fulfilment update

Hi everybody,
I was just talking to the caster in the US, and they think that the remaining casting will get done within the next 2 weeks.
Then the actual fulfilment starts!
1. US Parcels will be sent straight from the caster in the US and should be with you in the 3rd or 4th week of June.
2. The 'Rest of the world' parcels wil be sent from our fulfilment center in Montreal, and should be with you in week 4 of June - week 1 of July, depending how well Canada Post will be doing (It's worth mentioning that they've had nasty back-logs as they rely on transatlantic flights to get their deliveries sorted.
I will make more updates during the coming weeks to keep this phase of the project as transparent as possible.

Hi everybody,
I don't have any reason to believe that we won't be able to send out minis during June, but what turns out to be a challenge is the current situation at Canada Post.
Parcels are just not being processed, as they don't have their own fleet of airplanes, but depend on commercial flights to take on their freight instead. This means that I was now involving FedEx to get at least the masters from the master maker to the gent that runs the mass production, and I was assured that they'd be ready in time.
I can't predict how that situation develops from here, and I will make another update closer to the actual fulfilment, and when the minis are with me.

Hi everybody,
We're affected by a flu outbreak at Westfalia. We're not in the fatal risk bracket tho, so we just self-quarantined (we're now 1 week in and planning for 2 weeks).
I really have no idea if and how that current pandemic might affect the fulfilment of our current projects, but I am of good hope that basic services, such as post, will be maintained over the next few months.
I'll make another update when I either receive the miniatures, or if I get news concerning the impact of that virus on our production.
For now - stay safe, and visit the website of the World Health Organisation. So much better than WhatsApp.

Anyways! The real reason for this update is the last bit for the Paladorian set, which is an alternative helmet.
Please note that I will lock the orders in a couple of days again.
